	If I have a decision like this I always go with my gut instinct. There must be one you favour even a little above the others? Also, dont choose soley based on experience. If it was me, id rather have someone with perhaps a little less experience but who i know is dedicated and will stay for a long time. Than someone who is amazing at it but might leave in 3 months because they are bored.

I agree with you, I do favour someone a little, no experience though, but she has the personality and she knows what it means to be a professional as she has worked in jewellery store as a salesperson. There was just something about her that keeps her in my mind above all the other girls.

If you dont think she is going to let you down ie not be late, take too much time off etc then go for it.

I am normally right when I go with my gut instinct.
