I'm conducting Interviews

tomorrow at work. As administration manager I have been given the responsibility to interview and shortlist candidates for the position of Junior receptionist. This is the first time I have been put in this position and I'm nervous and excited about it.

Mmmm...I hope I have chosen the right people to interview in the first place.
