	actually no not a fab...we ran out but i finished off the last few bits of icecream in the freezer ok when i say last few bits,....i mean half the container.

	well i've got to do about 3000 words on stalin and hitler...and i have about 800 words....not going great. But i'm mentally exhausted and i'm taking a metaphorical pit stop. instead of changing tires though, it's ice cream
