| I just had a full brown disagreement with the misses fox, If you cast your mind back to tuesday, She crashed the car, 100miles away.. I dont have the another car she has the only one we have got. today is friday and the inssurance company hasnt a clue whats going on? the car hjasnt been inspected, and she has work down here in bristol monday..
I have been telling her since turesday even thought she may feel a little worse for wear to keep onto the inssurance company so we can get the car up and running by end of week, or find out if its written off.. but... she called them once, to find that the inssurance company hadnt a clue about the accident.
Now she works for the bank, who's inssurance she uses..
She called her boss to tell her because of there own inssurance she is stranded in north brimingham. Her boss said its not her problem.. although she knows the inssurance side of the business really well as she is employed by it..
So my misses has to take her holiday for something which is potientially her employers fault.....
what you reckon?

Also was Lee at fault or was it the other driver? Coz if it's the other driver harp on at their insurance and get a courtsey car. |

Über-General 467 points | i agree, but you have to keep ringing those insurance companies, as you are the cutomer whether her boss is an agent or not.the boss cannot be seen to have a personal interest, it could get ugly for the boss if your missus is found to be at fault, or if the boss gives you wrong info. the boss is probably doing what most bosses do, cover there own asses.
your missus should have made daily calls to follow up progress, and get the names of everyone she spoke to, at least then you have some degree of cover to fall back on if you get let down.
i would strongly urge you to find the other driver, contact there insurance and seek legal advice asap.
in the mean time, you should contact your insurance company should get the car, fix it, and then sue the other insurance company for re imbursement....if there driver is at fault.
i hope it helps |

She is a little stubbon with regards to transport.. she has never been on a train! so i doubt she would get one.. but her mum will bring her back.. courtessy car.. sadly.. we are only entitled to a 48hr one.. which is a little useless. |
