Indeed. I've no idea why since I came back here (I was away off-country), all TFS inspires me is Sex. I try my best to think rationally but it always end up in the wild.
Is TFS cursed or what? And now, by entering the word "cursed", I think of "The Curse of The Black Forum" (it's black on the very top), "At Internet's End" whereby I'm one of the nine Sex Lords and have to release the crazy wacko sexually addictive beast within the women.
Man, I need some serious psychological help.
Anyway, sorry. Will do my best to avoid thinking that way from now on. (No, I won't become a priest. Moreover, there are quite some nasty stories involving priests esp. with kids. Yuk!)

I used to take antihistamine - a lot. Those pills used to make me all fuzzy. I managed to stop. But I switched to magnesium tablets - they are supposed to make me all mellow and stop being stressed. They work and to answer to the question about me being stoned - yes, I am. I just had 500mg of it and apparently it activated over 300 membranes or something.
And I don't need any prescription. I'm stoned! and I feel as if I was floating in air. It's kinda cool! | |

I excuse myself for not being here often - I am really really busy.
I'll be here (even camp here) by mid-June.

I had tried something which worked!!!! - talking about romance.
You meet the girl.
You ask her if she'd like to help you in your work (or ask her to meet you in the lab - depending on the context).
She says "ok" or "yes". (if she says "no", ask her to meet you when she is free).
Later, you tell her that the work/experiment is "Genetic Transfer".

I watched Heroes yesterday. In fact, I watched ep 20 several times. It's even recorded on my phone.
Heroes is proof that scifi does not need much special FX as long as there's an interesting story, mystery, love, and connection between the actions of to be related characters.
Ep 20 was awesome in the sense that it took place in the future. It was nice to see Future Hiro. Ando dying did change him. Peter had a scar probably due to the explosion. It was weird to see him with Nikkie though.
There were some funny sentences - like "PRISON BREAKS" (referring to Prison Break TV series) and .."DL, Kandice and Molly Walker" (Dustin.L and Kandice are beauty queens (Miss New York and Miss California)).
Mohinder looked good. I wonder if the writers want to keep him with this oily look. Not all Indians have an oily look.
The story was simple, direct and was predictable. The scene with Silar (freezing lighty power) and Peter (fire power) was awesome - but it would have been pointless to show the actual scene because both of them can regenerate (because Silar had killed cute brunette Claire).
Anyway, Hiro (both of them) seem to rule the ep. Claire's story was boring. Benett's was nicely done. Parkman was pathetic. First, I felt sorry for the latter. Then, I got angry and later I understood the reason for him acting in such a way.
I am guessing Claude died in the explosion too.
All our heroes 'were' not even Heroes in ep 20 - they were just powerful people affected emotionally or physically by the events following the destruction of New York.
Anyway, ep 20 marks the frame of the storyline. Now, everything gets mysterious again - Will Hiro stab Nathan or a morphing Silar? How will Hiro and Ando unite all the other Heroes? Does Ando play a significant role? There are many more questions to be answered within that frame.
Of course, season 3 could focus on a new story layout with the finale of season 2 as a low frame.
(I think of the series as events within frames which are just crucial events. The middle of those frames include - the mystery).
I look forward to know more Heroes in the future as long as Hiro Nakamura, Peter and Claire or even Claude or Mohinder (he believe he is special too but his powers have not showed up yet) remain in the show as secondary characters.
If the events of the future would not be changed, then I'd think that Heroes would have became the new X-MEN series. But Hiro is changing the past (our current time) and so there are unlimited ways for the show to evolve.
Aside from watching Heroes, I have been experimenting with Silverlight. It's pretty awesome. I'm enjoying it - because instead of tiring myself with complex AJAX on an aspx page, I can call a Silverlight object. The browser plugins have crashed IE7 a few times though. It's still beta (talking about Silverlight) but it's as good as Flash. In fact, I see both formats co-existing. Silverlight seems to be targetted at js esp. when it comes to small effects like displaying RSS feeds or time on a page.
I feel like floating in air and flying because I'm in love! I'm serious. I believe it's the real thing. I'm currently sad that my phone needs to be 'reflashed' and I can't talk to her tonight. Anyway, I'm just flying.
I wish I could spend more time on TFS. I do realise that I've not posted much but when I do post, it's always something meaningful (well, I believe it is). So, don't bash me for not being here often - I'm very busy. I'll be here on Sundays to cheer you up.
