When we were little people
younger than today,
life was fun and carefree
things came the easy way...

We climbed trees and monkey bars
got in one fight
and never again..
Through all the ups and downs
of our childhood,
we remained to be good friends..

We taught each other lessons of love
hate, and jealousy..
No one else yet, has become closer
to my heart, than you have Dee..

For 'yours' is a valued friendship
one I hope, will never end..
