Debater 6143 points | budsy, most peope in Paris are ot french but coming from otehr countries and Paris is not france, try goign in the south thats a whole different sight..
i do not like Paris myself becasue its too busy and people tend to be most unfreindly in that kind of places unless oyu know small cvafé and good places. but the touristic one are a hell.
go to Montpellier and Avignon instead.
The south is beautifull, super friendly and openminded.
opposite than norht of France where you were.
i htink htey are cold there. its a different mentality.
as a scott you will love being in the south of France. Thats scotts people talking french, no s**t! LOL! |

Debater 6143 points | he was talking to you about Paris and not where he was coming from. Poeple from Marseille are certianly NOT snobby at all htats the opposite and they never drink tea in their life.. coffee, and mostly Pastis who is the national drink in the south.
Marseille is fill up wiht muslims thats true, cause its so close to the the sea, so htey all end up htere and if not they just go up to Paris.. thats always like that so the 2 cities in France who are fill up wiht foreigners from arabic countries and from Africa, are Paris and Marseille.
But i spoke ot oyu about Montpellier and Avigon and Provence in général. Peaople are very friendly there and alos in Nprmandie, and i never met a marseillais that wasnt friendly to me.
I dont know where Laurent ever met snob people drinking tea in Marseille but he must have had an hallucination form drinking too much pastis that day or he was talking about Paris.
( even if i will think that there they drink much coffees and wine)...
He must have go to expensive coffe places in Paris then.
So maybe thats him who is snobbish.
I really cant picture french people drinking tea.. i have never seen that in a life time. I recall that when i was drinking tea peope wil look at me wiht big eyes.. and it was in my own home, as for tes drinker i saw well that was tea made with mint that algerian poeple make, and one hting is sure there werent snobish at all and it wasnt in any public coffee place. |

"Mind you he can be a funny c**t as ive fallen out with him because i tried to introduce him 2 these girls + somehow he said to me that he didnt like me saying to them that he was French as that according to him was not a reason he wanted people to speak to him because he was from France lol i was only trying to get him talking to folks just being friendly, these 2 girls whom i introduced him 2 were ok + friendly also but a minute later he just walked out the door + away, i had the feeling that he was funny like but i said to him if u want to go away yourself then u r welcome, as really he was beginning to be a pain in the but, i texted him later that nite + got a text the following day + he tried to say that he wasnt wanting me to tell anyone he was from France as to get people to speak to him, anyhow i said they would probably know anyhow because of your accent even though u speak english, at the end of the day looks like we are finnished as friends, thats most certainly him that was the awkward one + nothing of my back so to speak, but he did say the South was touch better than say Paris but still said he wanted to settle here in Scotland as he liked the friendliness here plus the bars were far more friendlier than france + also said the bars in France closed earlier as not so busy + didnt make the money, he belonged he said to me between Lyon + Marseille a town in between these 2 places. Anyhow mt knowledge with any place is better to leave out the Capital Cities + head to the smaller towns etc as normally these smaller towns are normally always friendlier + a better |

Debater 6143 points | oh sorry i know that the alone time you have is to talk to the babe here and try to score her but hé guess what? café in France do open late.. and every spommer, from june to september there is vilages parties, who last a week, and there is always several villages doig one att he time, and alike that for the entire summer, and its til 4-5 am.. and the bar are open til that time. As for the trest of the year it will usualy be 10 in a weekday viklklage and midnight in the city, 2 am if its one with live concerts. Later if its the weeekend.
but the way you talk about the french here i am ure that you said a lot of offending things o that guy in frotn of the girls exactly as you are doing now n frotn of her here.. s you have like given yourself.
I dont think its boring to be in France.Unless of course you need to say so to convince thegirl next door to drop her french bf, and get lotrs of kudo and "good girl" for that..
Girls always found french men more charming and much more exciting then lets say, someone like you.. and the guy would like the girl he chose to be with, to like him as him, not just because he is french, cause unlike you he dont need a brand to score the girls. But you couldnt get it cause someoene like you will use any tricks to get in the pants of a girl.
but keep at sayin "Good Girl!" it seems to have worked so far! LOL |
