You have every right to your own privacy.
Good luck with that.

That really sucks!!! I always keep my phone locked with that security code thing because people are just normally noisey and I like my privacy but not because I have anything to hide. You should just try explaining to your dad that you keep your phone locked so your friends dont go snooping thru your phone, not because you are hiding anything.

Ask him if you can go through his wallet,or his draws or whatever, tell him it's the same thing see how he likes it.

Who pays for the phone? You or your parents? If they do, then they have the right to the code. I'm not taking sides, but parents always worry about what kids are up to. My mom searched my room for drugs once and I still haven't gotten over that one. I can understand why you're pissed though. Parents always think their kids are up to something when they're not. i'd be more worried about what you're doing on the net than on the phone though.

Well then they should respect your privacy!!! Unless you've given them a reason not to trust you, they should. I never had a dad, so I have no idea how they think..just mothers.

If I'm not mistaken, he is the parent and she is the child.

Parent vs Child. Parent Trump's Child. And he's not being unfair or unnecessarily cruel in my opinion.

Why don't you just give your parents the code, and learn to spell 'Phone'?

I'm not normally one to say that, but 'Phone' is such an easy word to spell correctly.

What rights? Your a child who is getting pissed off about your parents being concerned about you.

I mean would you prefer them to do that, or for them not to care?
