| i have pervs whistling at me. when i was walking my dog thses builders where whistling at me. well made me low cus how come old men will whistle but my aged lads dnt give me a second look. | |

Nope, but I've been whistled at by NASCAR fans at the track. As a young lady, I can't walk around the campgrounds without my Dad, too many guys paying way too much attention. |

I can't name One female that hasn't been whistled at by construction workers. But now they can't even look at a female for more than a few seconds or they can be charged with sexual harassment, so the whistles and staring have come to a halt where I live.
And that also is the protocol for any City Worker also. |
