TCNJ Lions' Invitational Results

Senior Nile-Nahar Brown of the New York University men's track & field team won the 800 meter event at The College of New Jersey Lions' Invitational on Saturday, April 26, in Ewing, NJ.

Running a season-best time of 1:54.68, Nahar-Brown out-ran a field of 69, including a pair of NYU teammates: junior Maciej Szelazek (11th place, 1:58.41) and senior Jean Blardony (22nd, 2:01.23).

Two other Violet runners ran season bests on Saturday, as junior Bernier Lauredan, Jr.'s time of 51.39 in the 400 meters resulted in an 11th-place finish, while junior Mark Hess went 4:08.21 in the 1,500 meters and finished 13th.

There was no team scoring at the meet.
