Public entry Moral support
July 03, 2008 @ 03:06:50 am
This is a very rare time that I would ask for good thoughts or moral support. I'm used to taking care of myself no matter what.

I've had to file an EEO complaint & file for Unemployment against the company I worked for. I have a friend who still works there. He let me know the Corporate office & Branch Manager are getting their stories together & slanting things against me. Fortunately, I have some emails & documents they don't know about. Maybe I can win my case, but I know this company doesn't fight fair & will change events to suit their needs. I'm starting to stress out over it.

Don't worry..
worry is your worst enemy..
Gather all information and proof that you have against them, and fight your fight..
If you are in the right, they are bound to get caught..
..and, saying a little prayer might work wonders.
Good luck hon.

Thank you. I just need to know I'm not alone for awhile. I've got 1 phone conference for July 11th about the Unemployment part. It has to be done by phone interview & I just don't even want to speak to anyone from that company anymore, except for my friend.

I'm hoping they do get caught in their treachery this time. I've seen them beat the odds before though. Yep, I try not to worry about it. I can only try my best & see how it goes. It might not hurt me to say a little prayer for help. Thank you.

Just do whatever you have to do if it 'must' be done, and get it over with..
Most importantly, don't let anyone intimidate you..
this is especially important over the phone I think, as feelings 'come across' easier..
Be confident, and stay in control.

kEEP ALL CORRESPONDENCE YOU HAVE FROM THE COMPANY. It is important that you keep all the correspondence and dates of all events or incidents if you have to force yourself to think back and write everything down so that you will remember when the time comes for your evidence you will not have forgotten anything I wish you all the best Please let us know how you get on.

Thanks everybody! I have been making notes on what happened. My friend is letting me know what he hears so I'll know what arguments the company is trying to use. The company prefers to handle most things verbally with their employees & clients. Less chance for them to be cornered. My best evidence is my friend, but I can't drag him into this because I can't risk him getting fired. It's my own fault for being involved with this company knowing it's business methods & I can't let someone else get hurt.
