for an operator that is from the uk!!! man who i believe to be indian didnt have a very good british accent and now a 5 minute job has just turned into half an hour.

i had to get him to repeat EVERYTHING at least 3 times each!!!!

	Oh the horror of that happening it is so frustrating my next door neighbour asks to be put through to someone who can speak English I havnt had the nerve to do that but it is a thought

	I know the feeling. I used to have that problem with my bank all the time. Now I do all my banking online so that I don't have to put up with some foreign person who's using a script and doesn't understand the English language.
