Just been out for a run, which ive not been able to do for ages due to an injury

best feeling in the world running with no one around, no noise and the sun setting!!!

	I like to run too! I got the nike plus Ipod thing so you know how far and how fast and how many calories you are burning. its really cool you should look into it if you like to run. You can track your progress on the internet and challenge other runners and join set goals for yourself and stuff. Good job on getting back out there after your injury!!

	i dont usually do it to see how many calories ive burned etc. sounds like a good gadget though!! i just love being able to cover so much ground and see so much different stuff in a short space of time

	I know it is slightly different but i love to walk, walk for hours, Just my Ipod for company, have a think and reflect on everything is its great!! If I had more time I would walk everywhere.
