1. I was born 4 months premature
2. I have Cerebral Palsy, and thus use a power wheelchair (when it's not broke).
3. I'm hearing impaired severely and wear hearing aids.
4. I am supposed to wear bifocals (I started wearing glasses at 2), but can't afford them right now.
5. I have Bipolar and PTSD
