| I really want to move to California. But my husband has this tendency where he has to feel like the decision maker, so the more I push for it, the more he says "Yeah, but, ...blah blah blah..., so no." However, I happen to know that he has a deep internal craving for the sun. For example, he decided we were going to move to Canada a couple years ago. So we went up there, and it was snowing, and within 3 DAYS, he had talked himself out of Canada, and into Hawaii..lol So here's my plan: I will use his own reverse psychology against him. I will push to buy a house here in rainy Oregon. Really push for the long long term plan here. Get him imagining life in the rain in a long term sense. Then, I will put a picture calendar of San Diego on our fridge. So on the many many rainy days here, he'll have plenty of reminders of what he's missing. Hehehehe... Should start to work within a few months at most I think. The problem is that summer weather is starting to kick in around here now, and summer in Portland is nice, but the only problem is it only lasts 3 months and then it's overcast and rainy the rest of the year. So summer may delay my plan working for a few months cause he won't be in the thick of typical oregon weather until it passes. But eventually, it will work. Mwahahahahahahahahahaaaah!! We WILLL move to California! MYES! | |
