I've been a member of a few forums in my time - my favourite just now being smutandinnuendo.com/forum - it had been a bit slow recently which is why I came in search of another forum to take part in. I found TFS, at first glance it looked perfect - lots of subforums and lots of posters. However, it would appear people take themselves a bit too seriously on here. I said something like "f**k you all, wombats rock" or something and got comments like "that's a bit rude" and "just because people dont have the same taste as you doesnt mean...." etc etc etc. I cant be bothered with this type of seriousness on a forum tbh, I have read the post I made and it's obviously not a huge dig at anyone who doesnt like that band.
I've decided I'll stick around for a bit, see if that was just a one-off. I do enjoy some of the threads posted here, and it helps to get into a bigger group of people to help you think about a wider range of topics as well as have some fun. | |

Im new to this site, I do a blog elsewhere on the net but since I dont know anyone here I could blether on for hours and none of you would have a clue about what I was talking about  so brief introduction...
Im studying pharmacy at RGU in Aberdeen, and it's coming up for a busy time of year. Im in 1st year and have to get an essay done, a presentation sorted and 3 exams sat within the month - I have soooo much to do for exams and I've let it get on top of me (like many people on the course). Its now the weekend, Im home for work all day tomorrow, then my wee brother's having his friends round for his birthday on Sunday afternoon so not going to get much done this weekend. I've been sat in the library all week and its just NOT FUN lol.
Wee rant over, I've been needing one for a while. I promise my next blog will be more joyful  | |
