Ok so my Valentines day(s) went like this... something I won't soon forget...
Ok so first you have to understand that my boyfriend is a sort of private guy. He's not embarassed of me or anything, it's just that displays of public affection is foriegn to him.
Also, you have to know that my boyfriend and I work together in a DJ booth at a local catering and entertainment center, the MAX.
Ok so on Valentines day we were both kinda ticked cuz we had to work. We got about an hour to give each other presents (I got him a cell phone cover and 2 pairs of boxers and he got me pajamas and my favorite chocolates ) but after that we had to head to the MAX to start getting playlists and light sequences ready for the high school dance that would be hosted there that night (MY school). After hours of getting ready and such, the dance started. I was slightly jealous of all the couples down there grinding during the fast dance songs, because my boyfriend HATES dancing (I just think he's scared of looking dumb for once lol) although he does dance with me in the DJ booth for slow songs. So anyways, a while into the dance, my boyfriend calls his friend into the DJ booth and tells him to take over for a while. My boyfriend dragged me downstairs onto the dance floor, taking a mircophone with him, and with his friend at the controls, announced into the mike "Ladies and gentlemen, this next song is one of my favorite slow songs and I'd like to dedicate it to my girlfriend Leah Stables" I was shocked!! Then the music started (the song was Lips of an Angel, which might not seem all that romantic but you'd have to know more about us to see why that applies so well ) and we dance for the whole song... I was so happy, I almost cried!! Other girls at the dance were all 'Awww" hehe!! Then at the end of the song he turned the microphone on again and said "Happy Valentines day Leah" and kissed me, right in front of my whole school!!!! We went back up to the DJ booth, and I think him being that bold in front of everyone made him more confident, cuz for the rest of that night, he grinded with me for some of the hot dance songs!!! It was so hot...

lol this long story might not seem all that romantic but if you knew us, you'd understand...
