Things have been getting alot better formbe from the end of the summer, when i was on the edge of a breakdown, i vowed to myself at the new year that i would fight for my dreams and things which i want for myself and not what others want for me.
Now im back at uni, im working hard, to be good, not to show off but to better myself for my own good, this doesnt mean that i dont care about anyone else, i do care for others and im here for anyone who wants my help. Im trying to get inspired, like i used to be, am getting there slowly, but the main thing is that im getting there!
I have been pre-selected for a student design company, there are two openings, and im one of 5 which has been selected, i really want to get one of the openings as it would be an amazing time, which will help me to learn about the design world more also if im selected in the finals, i will get one of my chair designs produced to a limited 100 products!! I so happy that i have even got pre-selected, i just hope that i have got what it takes to be one of the final two.
I have also got the chance to apply for a student travelling offer, which the university will pay for me to travel wherever i would like in the world for 6 week during the summer, i am going to give it my best shot as it is one of my dreams to travel and if i get it all paid for, well that would be a bonus!!!
I have worries about all these plans like anyone would have, like am i good enough to get it? and what will happen to my relationship with my bf when i travel for 6 weeks, will my parnets even let me go? I hope these worries dont stop or hinder me, as i really want these to happen as it would be a dream come true and you only live once!

i was just looking back at my journals, and i got thinking how much had changed lately, for the better too. im so happy with what has happened, i have a wonderful bf (one who isnt a tosser!) lol, i have started uni and have been doing good, got pre-selected for a student design company and i might even get work of mine produced!!!
im glad for the change, a few months ago everything was so dark, but now everything is brighter!! | |

This year i am going to fight for want i want, im not giving in. There are people who try and make me a different person, a person who i am not, well this year i am going to show them, who i really am.
I am starting this new year off with a brilliant guy in my life, we have been together the most of 6months now, i have learned so much from him, amd hes just brilliant to me, i love him to bits.
In the past year i tried to give up, many times, but there are a few people that has helpped me through.... im so glad for you all and love you all to pieces....
I am going to fight for my dreams beacause they are want i want...
I wish you all, a happy new year also be the person you are in your heart (that person is 'real' you), fight for what and who you want, live your dreams, and have a amazing 2008
