I am into renovations and rental properties.
I am going to stop being a landlord very soon, and start doing more renovation projects.

I guess I am unusual in that I handle power tools. If you loose track of me in Home Depot...look in tools. I am probably drooling over a compound mitre saw.

Before getting too much of mental image of me... I am 5'3", 135lbs. The usual word I hear is petit. (code word for short and small).
