I've stopped..... (again), two days ago.

feel better already, I had this bloody cough which I put down to my cold but in fact its the smokes (denial).

Shite, I could murder a fag now

	keep goin mate, quittin is one of the hardest things ever, especially when ur really bored with nothing to do, allow the ppls of tfs to take ur mind off the smoking!! KEEP GOING!!!

	Good for you..though I smoke again, which sucks! I quit about 2 years ago for a year and I felt awesome, I was actually running with my dog everyday and everything. You notice a difference when you quit, but you really notice a bigger difference when you start again. Again that's awesome- good for you! I hope ya keep it up!
