TFS Journal
Public entry Bored
August 21, 2008 @ 07:17:23 pm
OK, not the usual 'Im bored' journals, I am bored with not tonight, infact tonight I'm being kept entertained by verious things, including music and a couple of dvd's I plan on watching.

No tonight I'm not particularly bored...but with life in general I am.

This last three months has been torture, everything stays the same, very little has been happening.

In a few weeks I'm going to be 19! Thats just too old for me to be wasting my life, but this summer has really felt like a waste of my life.

Still, four weeks till I go back to uni and enjoy the student life again!!

Maybe there is time for a couple of weeks volunteer work, being bored leads to thinking too much about s**t.

And makes me feel down about being lonely etc...

I don't even know how to go about volunteer work to be honest, not sure if I could just for two weeks.

go down the oxfam shop and they might pay you in cool clothes most towns have a volunteer bureau, just call them an see if they can give you anything to do, there might be a river being cleaned up or something nearby.

Yeah, I was going to do that with a mate this summer, but she ended up being in a different country, and I didn't fancy doing it alone.

oh man its best alone, you are more likely to form new friendships and at a festival its the easiest place in the world to make friends.

Only one I've ever been to was in Inverness, which is the single place I've visited in the world with the nicest people...so I put friendliness down to being in Inverness.

Inverness is nice, in fact they were very nice there. We was lost and a bus driver took us where we needed to go for free

Yeah, there like that up there.

I've never once in my life been on the Aberdeen - Inverness train without speaking to at least one person.

Haha, so in thirty years time we'll be like England is now?

Yay for progress.
