My daughter called me from school yesterday to tell me that she is being harrassed by a guy on campus. She was at her friends dorm helping her move her room around, these guys who are friends with the other roommates would not stop banging on the door wanting to help them. They kept telling the guys no since these same guys have been harrassing the girls since they moved into school. They got in when my daughter opened the door to take something out. They grabbed the bed and asked where they wanted it, so my daughter told them, they moved it and the girls said we can do the rest. The guys said they owed them each 20.00 or a blow job each. The girls said no way they didn't ask for their help and they weren't giving them anything. My daughter ended up in a fight with one of the guys and he had her backed into a corner & said he was gonna dis her and punch her in the face everytime he sees her on campus. Tara and my daughter left to go to my daughters dorm, then Tara got a guy to walk her back to hers. My daughter never told me this till yesterday noon, and begged me not to tell her Dad, and said she was to scared to report it. She went to her next cla** and I called security police and asked for help. The director said there was a report made that morning from dorm A (this is Tara's dorm) and asked for my daughter to call & at least talk to them & give them a description of the guy & his name, and assured me they couldn't do anything without her permission. I text her with his info and she called to tell me she saw Tara between classes and the guy that was fighting with my daughter pushed his way into Tara's room when she got back to the dorm the night before, took out his dick and grabbed her hand and made her touch it. She was the report that had been filed. My daughter agreed to go make a report and was gonna call me when she got back to her dorm. I haven't heard from her & it's the next morning. Her phone is off and I'm going nuts not being able to tell my husband. She is 2 hours away, so I can't just jump in my car and run out there as much as I'd like to.

Once the in-house report has been filed the campus police are now instructed by the campus to keep a watch on the immediate area. if the boys are known they will be arrested by such outrageous behavior. He should be expelled!!! He had no right doing what he did!! that is just distasteful....i am glad your daughter and her friend filed a report. it was the right thing to do! |

1654 points | Just talked to the director of campus security. He said he needs to meet with the city district attorney, as he feels there is at least a couple misdemeanors at the least. They will file for an Order of Protection for both girls. They are going to talk to the girls more, then pull the guy from cla** and confront him with the statements. He said this will be an all day thing. I told him I'm worried for my daughters safety since there was more than just this one guy. He assured me there will be much more security presence with the complaints filed and security escorts whenever requested.
I am definitely gonna have to tell my husband when he gets home from work (he drives tractor trailer, so waiting till he gets home). I'm sure we will be on campus tonight. I feel even more scared of the outcome when word gets out they are filing charges. |

That is good!! but if i were your daughter and her friend...i would have some type of weapon just in case! Maybe some pepper spray or a taser...something. Keep me updated. |

I don't know weather to tell him and go out there, or wait till I am called back by the director, as he said this should take up most of the day, but he also said he would be glad to talk to my husband also. My hubby is an extreme hot head, and I can see him going out there to kill this guy. |

I slapped the hell out of a bouncer once for spitting on my kid's head (a big wad of snot it was) when he was 9 yrs old. Apparently he didn't like kids skate boarding in the club's empty parking lot during daytime hours. I took my kid with me, entered the closed night club, and had my kid point out the dick who spit on him. I went up to the bastard, spit in his face and them slapped him about twenty times, he just kept ducking and saying "hey. stop it!". I warned him before I left "stay away from my kid or next time I won't be so polite!" Guys should know you just don't mess with Mama bears' cubs! Blu |

He is in jail on $5000 cash or $10,000 bond. They choose not to press charges from my daughter as it would have only been a violation and they have enough on him from Tara. They are trying to keep the girls names protected from all public view for their protection. The college has expelled him and he is not allowed on campus at all. They said when he gets out he plans on heading right back to the bronx (New York City). He was a black kid that had harrassed quite a few girls apparently. They sent a security memo by email to all the students, just stating the facts and no names of course. Some know the girls, and there has been mixed feelings, and of course mixed stories and reactions. My biggest fear is a scene like what happened yesterday, about 4-5 black guys that knew this guys started harrassing my daughter when she left a class, all screaming at her that she got their boy locked up and ruined his life. She tried to tell them that he did this himself, and her reporting the harassment did not put him in the situation he is in now, it got pretty heated till a friend and teacher stopped it. The school has pulled her name off everything public and they are moving her into a different dorm but, I'm still worried for her. The girls have actually been sleeping together the last two nights till things chill out. She puts up a tough front most of the time to me but, she is only 5'6" 125 lbs. This is a hell of a way to start out your freshman year in college. |

I would be worried too! Especially those guys harassing your daughter..making it look like her fault when in reality the guy that got locked up...did it to himself! I hope it all blows over...and i hope your daughter does have some type of protection with her at all times. Thanks for keeping me posted. That guy had it coming to him...it was wrong for him to do what he had done. |
