So for the last two weeks I have attempted the wild caught diet in support of a friend taking a stand on processed meat products and how the animals are slaughtered. It just means that I'm not eating foods from animals that were not caught in the wild. Except it's not easy to purchase wild caught food from the local grocery store. I'm getting really sick of fish, cheese, breads and veggi burgers. Help me out here. | |

I know, around the Seattle area, it was possible to buy a quarter-, half- or whole cow, that was slaughtered and prepared, as-you-like-it, from animals that were not in the 'processed-chain.'
Take a survival course, and learn to catch animals, and how to eat them... even bugs are nutritious!
Or, forget it, and just eat veggies! |
