It's totaled. My brand spankin' new car is totaled! I can't belive it. I had it for 7 monthes. Friggin' thing only had 10,000 miles on it. I was set with it. Full warrenty, tires for life, pretty good gas mileage...

At least I'm breaking even.

	I rear ended a fricken' tank. A station wagon. Get this. She had an 81 Mercadies with 60,000 miles on it and she's trying to say it's totaled. The front of my car folded like an accordian; she had a dent and a broken tail light. I wasn't going more than 35 maybe 40 tops. My insurance is only going to pay 10,000 on it. Thank GOD I had gap insurance.

That sucks. Rear ending someone sucks because no matter what you do, it is your fault.

	I know. I was cited. The thing is I sit and bitch about all these snowbirds that come down and drive like morons... All I did was look down for a split second and I plowed into her. Being that we live in such an expensive town she's going to try to milk it.

	It was a Hyndai Elantra. The accordian effect was a saftey feature. If I had hit any harder my engine would have dropped out.

	it is only a 2 second rule in our country. Maybe that is something we could do to reduce our roadtolls, make the gap between cars bigger. Genius reiko!

	I always leave a big gap. What pisses me off is when someone over takes, purely to get in the gap. It's not like I'm not going at the speed of traffic or anything. They just don't like the gap I'm leaving! It makes me !
