I've had a lot going on in my life this year. Some of it good, some of it bad, some of it just changes. I'm still going back to school but decided to get a certificate in Computer Programming instead of Crime Scene Investigation as I had orginally planned.
My dad retired and remarried, then moved away. My nephew is going to be leaving town soon to go live with my dad, leaving only my sister and I here and I'm not very close to her. I want to move to be closer to my dad but I have to get a job in that area first, sell my condo, and get a new place there.
I still don't have any friends in my area and I'm not going anywhere jobwise. I started a new job in October but didn't like it so I went back to my previous job a month later. I'm still looking for a higher paying job and hope there will be more opportunities in the Sarasota area, where I'm planning to move.
I really hope I can get a boyfriend, too. I hate being alone all the time. I'd love to be able to start dating and find someone who actually wants to spend time with me. | |

People make me so mad sometimes. Grrrrr!!!
I have my own messageboard that I started after I broke off from another messageboard. Several people left with me because they were unhappy with the other board, too. Many of them swore they had had it and wouldn't go back to the old board. Now, however, my board is practically deserted because everyone is back at the other board.
I've done everything I can to keep my board up to date and it hasn't been easy. I have some moderators but none of them post show recaps so I have to do them all. I can't keep a board going by myself so I don't understand why my friends would choose to go back to a place they said they despise rather than post at my board.
True, there are more people at the other board but if more of the main people had stayed at my board, we would have had a pretty good sized community. We have about 100 members. Unfortunately, only about 10 or less are active right now.
It just pisses me off because I can't go back to the other board and I don't want to give up on my board when I've put so much work into it over the years. | |

| I used to be a member of a reality tv show forum. There ended up being some fighting there so I split off from that board and started my own forum. It's been nice but we don't have that many members and there are some topics I don't feel comfortable talking about with this more reserved group so I started looking around for another forum to join. I saw this one and it has many topics of interest so I'm going to give it a shot. | |
