I think i will sell my house next year

I was thinking about it last night. If I sell my house I can be completely debt free. Financially i will be better off if i sell my place and rent somewhere for a while.

It may sound like property ladder suicide but actually im not staying in the UK and in order to emigrate i need to be debt free, hassle free, possession free with some lovely money in my account.

There is no way i can acumulate any cash at the moment, with the weight of the mortgage and loans around my neck.

For a little while last night that kind of financial freedom just hit me and it felt so good. And its not just about the money, its about letting go of all the crap around me, the furniture, the clothes that dont fit, the baby toys in the attic, the s**tty garden fence that falls down every year, the toilet that wont flush, the kitchen lights that flicker, the chavvy kids who kick a football at my car every day.

I want to take my money and my kids and leave and start over again.

Thank you Maureen Brown and R.I.P.

On Tuesday 26th August 2008 at 2:30a/m (UK time) Maureen Brown of Holloway then latterly Edmonton in London, passed away and left a legacy of pure un-selfishness of an unsurpassable standard.
I will not bore all with details, but the people who know Maureen will know the immense loss they now have to bear, good luck to her remaining family and friends (of which I am proud to say I am one of) Let you have in death the peace and pampering you rarely allowed yourself in life. Love you always, Mick, Jen, Liam, Mark & others.
