	no...but thats more to do with the fact that my only female cousin is 5. but even if she was old enough im guessing it would be a no. though obviously i cant know 100% as i dont have an old enough female cousin, but im 99% sure it would be a no. though when i see people going out with their cousins, i think nothing of it. if it was siblings then thats f**king sick.
