Gotta say the doc's round here have a very relaxed view on it which is probably a good thing as the media is trying to do a damn good job of scaremongering at the mo.

Not sure how the gov is getting the number of cases right then if their treating all colds as pig aids now?
Kind of getting the impression the gov has no contingency plan, stock pile and is welcoming the pandemic?  |

20248 points | they cant test anymore. there are too many too test and not enough to do the testing. tamiflu is given to people with very severe symptoms or with underlying medical problems.

I happen to know that our local council has just spent £30,000 on body disposal units in preparation.
Apparently it's mid to late August that the governments contingency plan comes into full effect. I've got quite a bad cold, but am about 90% sure I've not been round anyone with swine flu...in saying that I was at T in the Park with 85,000 other people... |

Yeh its everywhere here, the UK now has the third highest rate of swine flu in the world (according the fear-mongering media ). I know many people who have it and a couple of schools have shut down in my town  |

I don't think that applies to everyone but the number of cases are doubling everyday so i don't think they can test them all individually |
