As an activist and entrepreneur, I have spent my life promoting personal empowerment and progressive social and environmental causes. Whether through citizen outreach and canvassing or in my therapy practice, I am committed to helping people achieve their positive goals and help them develop the skills to be more effective all areas of their lives.
