My daughters new life

My daughter started secondary school this week. She has gone from wanting me to be there all the time at primary school to me not even being allowed to kiss her goodbye in the space of the 6 week break. I can't keep up. Being a good parent came relatively easy when she was small, keep her clean, teach her ABC's, encourage manners and stuff like that. All common sense, but now she's almost adolescent it's a whole different story. What are us would be good parents to do?
