Okay then, I wrote it last night when it was raining:

HeartStorm

As I stand here
In the failing rain,
Every drop, every tear
I begin to understand the pain

The echo of each drop
As it hits the ground,
The sound you'd never stop
Running through my mind

That black shallow scene
Showed by a flash of light,
Now I know what they mean
The tears I'd loose the fight

Now comes the thunder
Finalising the storm
What was the blunder?
Though I won't morn
This heart won't stop beating
Just not for you,
Anymore.

What do you think?
Its kind of about a slight competition me and my best friend seemed to have for this girl because we both liked her. But I don't love her anymore...

I don't know, I don't think its that bad actually

Hey, I'm really glad you have met someone else Gideon, but may I say that if you envision your best friend walking away with her, that is what is likely to happen.
Fear brings us all undone at times, and the more we face our fears head on, the more positive outcomes we all experience.
Keep a positive mind, be yourself, and really go for it mate. If it is meant to be you will most definitely find out very quickly. If it is not meant to be, then that's ok as well, for your time will always come and it's just up to you if you make that time happen or not.
