I cant get motivated

I have 5000 things I need to get done today and I am so unmotivated! Its like this week at work was so draining, and I have no energy left to do all the things I should be doing here at home. I dread doing the laundry, taking down Christmas decorations and just plain cleaning up. I need to dust and vacuum and clean the bathrooms and all, and I just dont feel like it.

I just am sitting here doing nothing. How can I get motivated?

	Satisfy yourself with the thought that just under 12 months time it will be Christmas again.!Now if that's not motivation , I don't know what is.

	get your fav drink and food or both, get comfy, put on some music, and start small, dont overwhelm yourself, and or expect too much to get done, just start small and see how it goes... and anything u get done is better than nothing, which will be less to do when u start again! hope this helped....

	Don't try to do all of it in one go. Is it urgent that it all needs to get done today? If not, leave some stuff until tomorrow, or next weekend even. A little dust never hurt anybody In fact, there's evidence to suggest that all the extra cleaning people do is actually opening up kids to allergies and illnesses cos they have nothing to build up their immune system against.
