Damn, I just deleted the entire about me section I just spent Ages doing!! No fair.
Anyway, I'm Fi, I'm definitely the age I say I am... :D
I am pretty strong-minded and stubborn, but don't let that deter you, I love debating with people about subjects close to my heart, I am a Christian - please, come debate that with me, I am all ears to hear your own thoughts on the religion, no matter what your inclination is...
A current pet hate for me is bad spelling and grammar - I pride myself on being able to write and speak correctly, but it pains me that so many teenagers, even adults, find it difficult to write correct English.
Especially in my mind at the moment is the lack of differentiation between the words "your" and "you're". I don't understand how so many people find it hard to tell the difference between them! If you do, please come and ask me about it and I will be happy to explain!
I have a pretty varied music taste, I like most rock all the way to heavy metal stuff.
I was brought up on it okay!!
Some legendary bands that I was brought on are Dream Theater, Rush, Opeth and suchlike, and that has moulded my own music taste into liking stuff like:
Chris Cornell, Queens of the Stoneage, Muse, Matthew Good, System of a Down, Incubus...yeah you know it.
Anyhow, things I enjoy doing are posting my own opinions on forums, writing deep stuff to myself that I don't fully understand, reading up about the Classics - love Latin, and am fascinated with all the literature of that time - I'm a freak okay.
I have a strong passion for music too. Singing is my forte (pun not intended), but I have played the violin all my life, and am now a guitar player, albeit a bad one...
I do write my own songs occasionally, but I haven't for a while, might take that up again this summer - remind me!
