i've been getting headaches when im on the computer too long, the strain is killing me. any advice? other than "get off the computer" ...but yes, for now, im putting my butt to bed. im exhausted. goodnight TFSers!

Spend less time on the computer is the best answer tbh. Take regular breaks so your not constantly looking at the moniter. You can get repetitive strain injury in your eyes, move them around a lot
