Stress levels are through the roof, I threw a cup of cofee at my Vin this afternoon, he dont understand, poor baby.
I have to have the house packed up and ready to move by tuesday and I jsut have no motivation....what shall I do guys???

	Getting moved would be a good way to get your mind off wanting a cigarette. Whatever you do...DON'T HAVE ONE!! Type something, chew some gum...have sex...I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU DO JUST DON'T HAVE A CIGARETTE!!!

	Pack slow, smoking isnt going to help you pack unless your cigarettes name is Vin. Be calm....remember youre human. Stress is ok but stressing over something that will kill you, is not.
