A year to the day....

Today is a year to the day of my dads passing, its been a funny old year really, i have learned alot and lief has taught me some harsh lessons...but i am better for it and that is the main thing

	Gosh I remember when I realised it had been a year since my Dad passed on. He's been gone 4 years now. It flies by doesn't it? It never goes away, or gets easier, but you do get stronger.

	Its 13mths since my husband died and then a few weeks later my Alsatian had to be put down WE my husband and I had been married 49yrs but I am coping ok which has surprised eveybody even myself but it boils down to having to get on with things and that is what Ive done sincere thoughts to all from helen
