I recently had an argument with my ISP (which costs $1.99 a minute BTW) about my account with them. They never bothered to tell me they were not receiving the payments so now I owe them 3 months worth of bills. So they shut me down and now I am stuck with this pos intercrap service from aol.

I dont know who I hate worse now, aol or netzero. You have to have a freakin credit card just to speak to customer service at netzero. They already get paid from their service and the ads they force you to see while dialing.

Why do they force you to view ads when you pay for service? And why do you have to use their software at these places?

I wish I had a cable connection.
