Public entry giant spider
June 28, 2007 @ 05:15:31 am
I was just outside and when I went to come in I saw this giant tarantula crawling up the front door!

So I went in through the back door, turned on the outside light, put on some real shoes (instead of flip-flops), got the broom, and went around and killed it

Once, when I was little, I was sat on the loo having a satisfying dump when, to my horror, I happened to glance up the the corner of the (five foot square) bathroom. There, sizing me up, was a MASSIVE spider. It was black with green and red stripes across it. My big sister came and killed it (my hero! um, heroine!) and I've wondered ever since a) what was it and b) what the hell was it doing in Liverpool?!

We get Basingstoke spiders and Hampshire spiders. They are bloody big and move pretty damn quickly

I'm terrified of spiders. There's no man woman or child I wouldn't sacrifice to put distance twixt me an' a spider i was about four years old and my much older cousin put a spider in my face and ever since I've been afflicted with this phobia. I curse him!

Hi, keedo! I just read your tarantula thing, (actually I had read it before but I forgot! But since then, didn't you say you found one inside?

You haven't sent a message to your friends for a while. Must be having too much fun!

Just in case you ever read my murders, I wrote one about my marriage. I used a text I wrote years ago, that ended with a too bad paragraph. To make it into a murder, I just added a few more paragraphs! (Just so you know I wasn't really feeling homicidal about your dad! (Well, not very often!))

Hope you have a wonderful day, Martin. I won't call you this evening because Sunday night does not seem to be a great time for you. (Not that any time is - busy guy!)

I love you dearly - Mom
