i regret that, now

but, that's easy to say when i didn't get any wind or flood damage (uptown)

never the less, i got back into new orleans when there were only national guardsmen,

a few criminals running amuck, some straglers and the first responders

i photographed as much as i could everyday and then drove back out before nightfall

then returning again on many days untill rita came along
