Damn AARP!

So, I come home and get the mail.

Not just one but TWO letters from the AARP (American Association for Retired Persons) inviting me to join. I'm only 32

I dont even qualify for early entry for another 13 years...Boy, they sure know how to make someone feel old.

If they got my info, couldn't they at least have some sort of clue of my age.. 32 is a heck of a long way from 50, and I still have 15 years before I can consider retiring from my job? Hello??? and this is supposed to make me like them and want to join? NOT!!!
What's up with that?

Otherwise the day is going ok...

I think some online retail shopping might make me feel better.

	Its just crazy! I didn't think I was old yet. (and thanks for the laugh Dan) and presents are always nice, though so far the best have been Alcohol and Chocolate

	Don't feel bad. My brother got a letter from AARP on his birthday this year and he's only 20. Kinda makes you wonder where they get their mail list from.

	Tiger, it's quite possible that over the weekend I visited the AARP booth at the festival and signed you up, knowing your birthday was today. I'm surprised it got to you so fast.

	Well, I'm not drunk yet... but just knowing I had alcohol made the crazyness of the work day easier to deal with. I say who ever runs their mail list sure needs to do a better job! Wonder how long before that person retires.
