Do you ever get that chill when the perfect song hits you at the perfect time? Out of the 3,000 or so songs I have on my ipod that one song I had no idea existed just pops out and says "hey its me you been searching for" I've been on this soul searching what life is really about kinda thing. I learned that the people you call friends are gonna let you down, the family you love is gonna pull you down, the job you once loved is gonna tear you apart. And all while your about to give up that one song from that one band shows up at the right time saving you once again.

Music is my escape from all the crap that life hands me. Most people don't understand why I listen to the type of music I do. They call it "EMO" I call it "THERAPT" they say "THAT MUSIC MAKES ME WANT TO KILL MYSELF" I laugh and say its "MY SALVATION" So the type of music I listen to is not the kind of songs you can get "CRUNK" on or the tyoe of songs you can get "WASTED ON" type of songs. But they mean something to me. They are the reason why I fight like hell to survive in this big a** game of life. Those songs that burn my ipod talks about dealing with a broken heart, fighting for what you believe in, its about losing the person you loved the most, its about life. Those songs are the ones that make you stop and really take a listen to the lyrics and say "Damn their talking about me" I'm glad that these bands took a stand and say "were not gonna be like the Britney's and Christina's of teh world" Those are the type of bands I look up to, those are the artist that makes me cry, makes me think, makes me want to stand up and fight, makes me want to follow my dreams even more. I can say that my life have changed in a course of 5 minutes and 32 seconds. Because of they, because of someone believing in their music, has given me more seconds chances than I ever expected. Those artist I must stand up and say Thanks!
