March 04, 2008 @ 01:02:48 am | We have had a group of visitors from Colorado visiting Whitby in the U.K.
my 11 year old daughter is a singer and we take her to the karaoke each week at our local pub....She was a huge hit with our American visitors whom videoed her performing and they all said how she was going to be a big star in a few years....We were out again minus our daughter tonight(School night) and we bumped into our American friends at another Karaoke bar,they were disappointed not to see her performing and are flying back to the U.S on Thursday so will not get to see her perform again...
So if any video starts flying around of a little U.K girl in the Colorado area chances are its my little star.

The site was a bit slow and kept throwing me off,also my laptop was playing up and i have been busy decorating.
Anyway it seems the site is back to normal but a lot of my buddies seem to be missing.

January 02, 2007 @ 07:45:44 pm | Today is my sons 19th birthday and this afternoon i took him and his girlfriend for the scan of their baby,my first grandchild.
It's finally sunk in that i am going to be a grandma,it was strange standing in the same hospital in the same maternity unit which i was in 19 years to the day.It made me also realise how fast time flies.
I am really excited now and am looking forward to the birth in July.6 comments | Reply |

I went to see the doctor and she had a long talk with me about how i was feeling and all my symptoms and came to the conclusion that i am stressed,anxious and depressed.I don't think i'm depressed,i know i'm stressed,yes,but thats due to not sleeping and worrying about all my ailments.People around me tell me i seem depressed which makes me feel worse.More... | 11 comments | Reply |
