	i mixed the second to the last letter up with a z when it was really a 2 and i mixed the fourth letter with a 4 when it was really a y all i did was retype it again after i talked to the dell people and it let me do it all i had to do all along was change the product key i didnt even need to call them and have all that s**t done.
