| Working at a job I don't like, and I have about 6weeks until I take Maternity leave. Yeah I know, you're thinking 'nobody likes their job, suck it up Buttercup!'.
I have 6 weeks left until I will go on Maternity Leave, but I can go now(since I have enough hours). Geat paying job, not extremely stressful, but I do deal with some incompitant people daily. Or those that want everything for nothing, even when they are to blame for messing up.
~Just to elaborate, I work at a call center that handles Customer Care for Cingular Wireless. Lucky enough our place only deals with Southeastern states, so for the most part, the customers are pretty laid back. but we get a few daily that want you to fix their bill so they won't have to pay the $300-500 dollar statement...."Since I didn't realize it was going to be THAT high!"...is the usual statement we hear. Well DUH!!...when you text msg over 200 times a week, it adds up. Or if you get a cel phone for your spoiled 15yr old and they act dumb and download all kinds of S*%@#....it adds up.......but I digress~
I had said for a few years that I was tired of doing factory or warehouse jobs, and wouldn't want to do that kind of work for the rest of my life..I now miss it. LMFAO. I would say "I want a CAREER, not a JOB". I have a degree in Business Administration(graduated with honours), but could not get a "CAREER" in business since I did not have "experience". Well, I need to work to GET experience...vicious cycle...so I spent a few years working in fatories and warehouses(good hours and good pay mind you). but now that I finally got the chance to work in an "office setting", I HATE it. Great thing to find out after spending $30,000 on a "College Education"!! Smart me!......but I digress.....LOL
So, after I'm done my maternity leave, guess what kinda "job" I'm going back too??...lol. For me I don't feel as though I have accomplished a days work unless I have sore feet and back...go figure.
Well, I'm done my rant for now...
