Ok so friday at work i got hurt, wrote an accident report. Today my back was killing me and i was limping around. So i went to the workmans comp dr and they said i have a sprain/strain lumbar. I went back to work and my boss said she couldnt accomidate my restrictions, so i cant work. At the beginning of the year every gets their personal and sick days back, i was told that if i miss one more day i was terminated, i tell this to the lady in H.R. and she said that doesnt matter. I tell my boss before i leave and she has this look on her face like, she wasnt sure. So i may not have a job yay!
