Over the years I have had many strange but at least some times seemingly true "fortunes"...a recent one: I own a black cat. I am away from home in another city and this psychic lady says to me (for no apparent reason) "you need to get a black cat."
I say, "why?"
She says "you need it for protection"
I say, "I already have a black cat."
She says,"Good. You need it."
 Another occasion. I am in a Shinto temple in Kyoto, Japan. I get fortune stick (sorry...forget the name), it says that I will not find the one I am looking for. Long story, but it was right.
And. A Greek lady reads my Greek coffee cup (for not particular reason) and says that I am going to find the love of my life in 22 "something". She is not sure, but says maybe 22 hours, days or weeks. Of course I am skeptical and say "22 years", and she says "no. less than a year". I met the love of my life 22 week later....to the day.
One more: Sitting in bar and a woman says she wants to read my palm. No smirking...she does not ask for and does not want money, and is with other people and is not trying to hit on me...i.e. no reason for the palm reading. she says that I am a twin (true...but I never met this woman before....ever) also says that I will meet the love of my life within 4 years (note: this was about 2 1/2 years before the Greek lady above), and....well you get the drift.
Anyway, this sort of thing happens pretty frequently…never any money involved, never someone I know, and usually in a city pretty far from my home.
