Ogler 22541 points | Been there done that, and it is a shock that can actually lead to a severe depression, so pick yourself up RIGHT NOW and don't let it get to that point, accept yourself as you are, and if you want start working on the weight loss gradually but don't hate yourself for it, it took a while for you to gain that weight so be patient with yourself if you try to lose it, don't go on any stupid fad diet or non eating spree, it'll only make it worse cause your system will go into starvation mode, and once you do lose the weight you want, once you start eating again your body will start storing everything you eat and you will gain even more weight. But for now just keep looking at yourself and compliment yourself, DON'T BE DISGUSTED WITH YOUR BODY it'll lead to low self image and eventually depression, stop it before it starts, and btw you are getting older and a woman's metabolism starts slowing down without us even noticing it, be GENTLE ON YOURSELF. You look great and don't let the mirror dictate or distort your image of yourself, it's more than body, you have an awesome inner and that's worth a lot more than the outer look. FIGHT THE PANIC AND FEELING OF UGLY CAUSE YOU ARE NOT UGLY!!  |
