Panic Attack

When I was out tonight at Nicky's (A friend) my mum called me and she sounded really worked up. I told Nicky I had to go and left in a rush to get picked up (which took about 40 mins for my mum's friend to pick me up. Turns out she had had a panic attack and had to get the paramedics out to see her.

I have suffered form panic attacks since 1964 and believe me if you have never experienced one it is terrifying At the beginning i kept getting told to pull myself together but that does not help I just needed someone to be there for me. I am on my own now since my hubby died last year and dread having an attack I send all my best wishes to your mum and hope she can be put on the medication that will work for her all the best helen

	She is fine now. It was cause of stress because she was having trouble with her BF. She has broken up with him and doens't want any meds. But she's okay now. She got a friend to go to her when it happened as I was out.
