Hi all me again!

I am updating player rankings on our county pool website and it doesnt look brilliant. Take a look :

Anyone no how i can edit these results as normal, but so they then rearrange themselves in order of points, with the highest first? As it would take way too long to copy and rearrange them all single-y and could end up in bad results?
Any help appreciated!
