Either way, we're both happy as long as the bubba is healthy and doesn't have big hair like the two of us (we know it will!)

I'm the one who always watches everyone else with their kids, watches all the rest of the family have babies; not one of the ones who has them! It's soooo weird. Your whole life changes the minute you find out. One minute-I'm career woman with my vague business plan and new house plans in the making...the next-I'm looking at cots and prams and stuff at Babyco...it's just finding the balance between the two so my head doesn't turn into pregnant play-doh!

One last thing...I had a scare yesterday which made me realise how much I really want this child. My Doctor sent me for an ultrasound to make sure everything was OK-I saw the little heart beating! 0.52mm long total length! Not even one centimetre big yet! The size of a peanut! My husband has aptly named our little one "peanut" for now. Somehow I think it will stick...
